Our ‘Computerised Numerical Control’ machines include fully integrated CAD/CAM facilities. From a drawing, sketch or component sample, we are able to gather information directly from clients’ specifications and programme the machine via the CAD/CAM technology. This invaluable tool ensures that we can offer the highest degree of accuracy for the best economic value at all times.

Machine Shop & Welding

An array of quality machinery at our disposal allows Chester Metal Fabrications to offer an equally wide range of services. Our C.N.C provides the capacity for cutting and forming mild steel up to 3m x 6mm, and we make excellent use of our rolling and ancillary machines. Specialising in M.I.G, T.I.G, Arc and ‘spot’ welding, we also have expertise in working with aluminium, stainless steel, copper and brass.

Powder Coating Facility

We believe in delivering products to the highest standard from the start of production to the end. With our own purpose-built Powder Coating Plant, we have the facilities to finish the components we produce to our customers’ own specific requirements. This service includes the pre-treatment of new components, as well as the de-rusting of those that are used or in need of adjustment. The extensive paint colours we hold are in RAL and BS ranges, available in a variety of finishes, all of which have been certified to withstand a 100-hour salt water spray test.
